Found this at a home site, it's about the size of a half dollar.

Looks like a tag that was on a flange bolt or something tightened very tight. I did find an Olsen oil co.

I was thinking along the same lines like some kind of camber mechanism. It has numbers because it has to be sized just right. Somebody tightened it way to tight because because it kept slipping maybe.

It looks like some kind of 'chit' tag for checking out tools, keys, etc.

Olson Plow Equipment

I believe Olson made (maybe still making) plow equipment. I recently found a plow blade with "Olson" in the casting.

Any idea on this one ?
