I feel like it’s fairly old, it was dug in a park that was once a hospital late 1800s- early 1900s. I’ve tried looking but can’t this particular key style. Any help? Age would be great.

On eBay I found they key in a set with a vintage brass padlock, but doesn’t say anything about age.

There's plenty of info about the history of the Russwin Lock Manufacturing company in Google. Although that company has been around for a very long time, I agree that the key is lacking ornate details and I think it's no more than 50 years old.
