Like the idea of a ground knee pad. I can't keep the regular type in place. What does the garbage cover do?

Thanks for posting this info. I am a pretty newb detector...I am just starting out using my super awesome brand new freebie equipment. (Harbor Freight stuff...it works for me for now...until I upgrade)
