I tried a new park today. Found a handful of coins, nothing old. The most interesting find was a skull ring, looks sort of like a evil scowling cyclops or something like that. I am assuming this was possibly bought from a hand crafter - I can't find any markings on the inside or outside of the ring. It's fairly heavy and fit on my ring finger. I'm not sure what kind of metal it was fashioned from. Anyone have any ideas based on the pics?

Possible, I was thinking that might be the case. It's got pretty good feature details like the nose, and wrinkles in the skin...I've been looking online and there are tons of skull rings, but I can't seem to find one that matches the nose or the grin on this rings.

I've found a few handcrafted rings that I believe are silvers without markings around our local high schools. My belief is that they were probably created by high school students in metal working classes. Always neat to find something handcrafted.
