OMG I can't tell you how many times that's happened to me. Even a pull tab has fooled my desperate mind at times! :lol: I literally laughed out loud !
 
"Holey Quarters" you have a great find there. Go back and look the area over and find the chain that goes with it, so you can wear it around your neck and let all know that you are a master detectionist. :)
 
Pesky metal O ring seals have got me too many times.
