Got onto a 1910 property last week. Two days has got me about a dozen wheats, a 45 cinco centavo, a Shell presidential token (second one I’ve found here in Bryan), a strange looking buckle and a key chain from a hotel in Houston that opened up in 1929. I assume it’s been there a while since it was in the very back of the property about six inches deep. A buddy in Austin may go with me in the near future so I’m trying to snag any silver before he gets there. Big yard so I’ll probably be at it for a while. Thanks for looking and HH.
Updated with some newer finds. Still no silver coins, but did find some silver jewelry. The military buttons appear to be WWIIish. I believe the pilots pin is an Army Air Corps pin, predating the Air Force.
