This is for those of you who may own the 1st generation Deus that may be considering getting an XP Icon.
I have mild soil where I live here in TN.
The Deus does well in seperation. The Icon will hold ID better on deeper targets in FMF mode.
I like the square tone option on the icon
I am using the FMF 9 inch Deus 2 coil on the icon.
The Deus is using the X35 coil.
The Deus was in 7khz and not 14khz. I made a mistake stating this in the video.
This is not a professional edited video. It is just me with my cell phone showing how both detectors react on my established test bed.
My test bed was set up with examples of targets I have encountered while out detecting.
