What lovely weather...

I have no interest in living in Florida, its getting packed with people like sardines. I like the 4 seasons, you don't get that in Florida, Their was a time I wanted to move to Maine but they even colder than here... an ex girlfriend had a cabin up on China Lakes it was amazing up there out in the wilderness.. you could look up at night and see all the stars unlike here. Listening to the loons at night was pretty cool... Back then homes were cheaper...
Getting like that everywhere , not far from here , Sand they are building another development Town homes & single family 352 total , Crosswinds Landing LLC , Lighthouse Rd. & Dickerson , what I have experienced looking around Sabastian Fl is Tott lot 0.23 acres , I need at least a half acre , fenced in back yard , slim pickings , and price inflated , also I don't want FHA , I want public sewer & water , that is hard to find for under 1 Million , looks like I might be stuck here in battle :sissyfight: I herd Maine was nice , but I don't like the cold , I do like 4 seasons to.

These are going to allow me to hunt when its colder, ever since I got frostbite in my fingers I can't hunt with temps in the 30's my fingers start to throb then burn and tingle... They look very well made I ordered the 2XL to get over my brace on right hand and they are perfect, they look well made have multiple settings are wind and waterproof.
Those are winter motorcycle or snow mobiling gloves, which KT contemplated buying, but because at that time KT's Royal Steed was a Honda Goldwing 1800, and had heated hand grips and a heated seat, they never were purchased! LOL Now KT just does not ride in cold weather so has no need for them. Leather thinsulate gloves are good enough at trapping heat from the Royal Hands. Fortunately even at KT's age of 76, He has no circulation problems in the Royal Hands or Feet!

Interesting that you both mentioned hunting, as one of the items KT purchased off eBay and is patiently waiting for the USPO to deliver is a good used set of camo coveralls with a hoody. They have a bit of wear, a few small holes, which KT can mend, and a lost zipper pull. Thanks to the dozens of zipper pulls KT recovered and saved from totlot MDing, We have a plethora of! Ha ha. Once received, patched and repaired It will be tightly rolled, strapped and stored in the Royal Coach for winter emergency use! When it arrives and is repaired, KT will show a picture, perhaps even of KT modeling it! HA HA

The camo insulated overalls KT bought are Winchester brand, heck it may be the heat of the summer time before it arrives! Ha Ha. But it was the brand name that sold me, and KT’s Royal Size!

Just to prevent anyone from having to look above to find KT’s post about the camo coveralls, with hoodie. Well, it arrived today! KT has spent about 1 hour sewing up the half dozen or so small holes and tears, lubricating the stiff zippers with soap so they work easily, and then it was hung it up on the Royal Back Porch and KT gave the hoodie, shoulders and rear a good spraying of ScotchGuard waterproofing. Tomorrow when it is dry, KT will repeat the waterproofing on the hoodie, the shoulders and the butt, that way if His Majesty gets caught out in cold weather, even in freezing rain, He will have the protection He needs! Once that 2nd coat is dry, KT will try it on and the Queen will get a picture or two to post in this thread! Ha Ha.

Cfmct, this is one of many of the packages KT has been waiting on for the local USPO to deliver! Apparently, you never bothered to read the entire thread. They are used, but not worn out by a long shot. The lining is like new. Hunting gear is way too expensive to purchase new, like $150, versus gently worn for $50. KT also likes the particular camo pattern, not a military style, but an early style that due to a bit of fading, now really works well in the woods! Besides, how do you think Olde KingTotsalot managed to have so many goodies, anyway? He is very frugal when it comes to purchases. Once ready, this item will be rolled tightly, bound, and carried in the Royal Coach for winter outings! Why spend $75,000 for a new truck, when an 8 year old one in good shape can be had for $15,000? Pay cash, no finance charges, much cheaper insurance, and less chance of someone wanting to steal it!
KT once had a friend who had an old ratty rusty Toyota car, half rusted out looking body, seats with tears, dash all sun cracked, but new engine, new suspension, new transmission, ran like a top. He would make trips to Mexico in it, and park it by the side of the road, leaving the key in it. Nobody touched it, cause it looked like crap, but it ran perfectly. It was his nobody would steal it car!
