More than 25 years ago KT had a 3 wheeler accident and severely wrenched His Royal Right Knee. Then around 20 years ago KT tore the inner and outer meniscus of His Royal Left Knee. With all that KT took up and greatly enjoyed His MDing on Totlots all over the city of Little Rock. Did that for a year....over 500 hunts in one year! Anyway, then He was diagnosed with Cancer and not allowed to do repetitive motion with his arms, due to the implantation of a Super Port. A year later and the Port was removed. KT hit the dirt again, but discovered it was easy going down to dig a signal, but after having to crawl around to get hold of some totlot equipment to get back up several times that day, KT reluctantly gave up MDing. Now the knees have slowly gotten worse over time, but at age 76 presently, KT is not interested in letting any bone cuttin' surgeon work on those knees. Now during the last 3 months, KT has noticed a general weakening of both the Royal Knees and the strength of His Legs. KT has not fallen in the past 18 months, but twice fell in the 6 months before that. Not a good sign.
Anyway, KT was discussing with the Queen a few days ago that He was thinking of buying a Rollator Walker with a seat, but was waiting to do that until after His next Royal Fall. The Queen stated, Do not be stupid! Buy it now, and hopefully, by using it you will not only not fall, but will get out of the Royal Castle and walk more, thus strengthening your legs. So being a dutiful husband and King, I went ahead and bought one off of Amazon. It arrived 2 days ago, required essentially no assembly (some do), and is now ready for KT to get out and use it. KT purchased this one for several features it has. First, it folds both from to back and side to side, and thus folded, it stands on its own and is compact enough to fit behind the driver's seat of the Royal Coach. Two, it has larger wheels which roll better over grass and uneven pavement, even gravel, better than those with small wheels, And finally, it came with its own carrying bag when folded so it could go on an airplane. The nice thing is that if KT gets tired while walking, He can set the brakes, turn around and sit down in it to take a break! LOL
