Use for found bottles

I made this for plant propagation using half pint milk bottles found in the creek. I used a 5 gal bucket handle and turned an oak handgrip. The base is oak with routed holes to insert bottles. I like finding useful purposes for found bottles.

Very good idea ! - This summer ,while in England,
my wife had this idea as well. We went to the fields to
find old broken pottery pieces and make some decorations
to our garden. She placed all these pieces together and I must
find a mold to fill it with cement.The project is still under
way

I made a candle lantern out of an 1800s beer bottle and an old brass drain that I found on the river. I made the chain from electrical wire. I also made a Christmas tree ornament out of the bottom of a 1924 Christmas Coke bottle. And some whiskey glasses from 1800s beer bottles.

Great set. I've also come across bottles while detecting and have made up a set of glasses from damaged old pre prohibition beer bottles. They get used regularly!
