Panama City Beach

Wife and I are heading out for three day trip later this month to try out beach detecting for the first time!

She is taking over the Vanquish and I will be swinging a brand new Manticore (currently in the mail from Bart) if I can figure it out in time.

Any tips on a good hotel to stay at reasonably priced, parking, etc?

Avoid the Chateau Beachfront Hotel. Total crap. We stayed there a few weeks ago because we went on short notice and everything else on the beach was booked. Paid nearly $600 for two nights and the room was terrible. Stains around the bathtub, shower didn’t work, room was tiny, no table or chairs and no drawers to put clothes in.
