Nexus MP SF detector putting SMF to shame on depth.

If I remember correctly, whether they were using zero disc, or disc at around the 12:00 position, didn't seem to have any notable effect on if the coin was hit. The issue seemed to be that with low or no disc, iron falsing would occur. A higher disc helped to mitigate the iron falsing, but then many nonferrous targets would be missed. It was kind of a no win scenario.
Hmmm... it's almost like 30+ years of development into digital signal processing from modern detector manufacturers actually makes people's lives better.
 
I got Nexus MP v3 a month ago and I can confirm that despite its depth it falses with bigger iron, where other detectors see the signal as a normal iron. Im digging for war relics so that's not a desirable feature. And now looking for get rid off it.
