Need help identifying. I found this among many Civil War relics including bullets, buttons and a US belt buckle. It fits my finger ( size 12)

Thanks Chill! I can’t take credit though. I actually found one of these about a decade ago and had no idea what it was. Posted it here and someone identified it for me. Wish I could remember his username, but I can barely remember my own.
