Anyone know if this company is still in business? I placed an order 4 days ago on the website. Payment went thru and got an automated order confirmation email but that was it. I called to check if the item was even in stock and the phone message said something to the affect that they are changing ownership and that they cannot take phone calls. So I sent an email to customer support. No reply after 2 days. I've ordered from them in the past but that was years ago. Anyone else have recent experience with them? Hoping my coil shows up but we'll see I guess.
Thanks.

Is it located in Maine? :research: .

I would stop by there to buy stuff like my Whites MX Sport, coils, shovels and such. So the spring of last year I was in the area and stopped in to get a new 13" coil. The guy there looked at me in amazement, not like women do this was different. He says you can't be in here :?: Why? the store front is closed and you have to order on line. But I'm here, sorry only on line and we will ship it to you. Umm OK but I'm here, so I went out and sat in my truck in front and ordered the coil. It arrived at my house the next morning. I have only good things to say about them I did hear from a guy that they were having problems but that's hear say and I don't trust hear say. When I got my E900 I would have purchased it from them if they sold Minelab. Maybe the next time I'm in the area I'll stop by and stare in the window and report back to you guys.

Good report. Thank you!

Good report. Thank you!
I went by there yesterday and tried to stare in the window, turns out it's hard to do that doing 60 mph. I told my son to do the staring for me. He's new at it and said he could not tell and it seemed like everything looked the same. I'm going that way to the same job Monday and maybe I'll stop in ... or stare in the window:good:

The owners are or were the Berzsweig, brothers; Michael and Dan. The have had a “business membership in our club (MTHA) for many years. When I called the shop in February to remind them that their club dues were due, Dan told me that they would not be renewing their membership as they were in the process of selling the business. I have not heard that the sale has actually happened. End of an era.

Wow, that’s not good news. I like buying local whenever I can. I’ll still try to maybe stop by Monday if I have time. I’ll let you know what I see, or don’t.

I bought the wife's Fisher F5 from them this spring. Had no problem at all. Got the new F5 in short order.
