I picked up an old white's surfmaster PI and the coil seems to flip up very easily. I remember seeing that they has a flat piece that the coil bolt went thru and the bottom hit the coil and kept it from flipping up. Just looked through all the pics on the thingverse site with no luck. I found a picture with one on ebay on a white's beach hunter. Any ideas? thanks Wow huge address for the picture!

Look this up in the search function at the top of the page. Post was from 2012 in make it yourself

I'll bet you can make one pretty easily. They seem to be made out of sheet ABS or PVC, I have an OEM whites one on a big coil. I was gonna offer to take a picture, but the post above has some great photos already.

Maybe get a sheet of PVC/ABS and use the photo as a pattern?

Let me know.
