Nearly full, looked it up to find the bottle costs $200. So of course, I spray it to smell what $200 perfume smells like. Now my find bag, my gear, my hand. Everything smells like this awful Gucci perfume. I tried 3 different hand soaps, dishsoap. I soaked my hand in isoprophyl alcohol. How in gods name do you get perfume smell off your body/gear. Wife instantly questioned why the garage smells like perfume. This stuff is infecting everything in my house, all from a single spray.

Doesn't sound like a metal detecting hobbyist question. Sounds like something for a cosmetology hobbyist FB page or forum to get feedback from. Unless someone here just-happens to know about perfumes ? Doh !

But as for md'ing : I wonder if that still has resell value, on Ebay ? If so, congrats on the $200 find :)

Woops, my mistake, thought I was in the finds category. Can it be moved? All in all it was a day of weird finds. Perfume, full weed pen, full tobacco vape, an iphone in the wet sand that still turned on just fine, and 2 (non precious) rings

I don’t think the mods are gonna bother moving it because in your last post here you named metal objects you found detecting.

On second thought they might move it over to the beach section.

We shall see.

Google is your friend: https://www.scentbird.com/blog/how-to-get-rid-of-perfume-smells/

Did you spray behind both ears? I to this day I love the smell of Chanel number five. I don’t wear it, but that’s what my mother would wear. if it gets real bad, maybe have a skunk spray you..😳

You should of just told her it was the perfume your detecting "buddy" wears.

Maybe Sandy will share his wealth of perfume knowledge on this subject. He apparently is an expert with feminine products.
