This must be one of the strangest items I have found on a beach.

Very low tides here in England today.

This means I can get to search the sand seaward side of the outer harbour wall at the local beach.

The microscope is not working.

I have no idea how it ended up 50 foot away from the harbour wall, possible it was dropped from off the wall and the tides moved it away from the wall?

Other finds from the day now up on the forum.
