Oh wait till Tom see's this. Awesome large cent. Got to be more there plus some silvers as well. Well done. :waytogo:

Oh isn't this just so typical. The poor pathetic east coast hunter goes to a "1950's school yard". And does he find 1950s coins ? NNNNEEEEEOOOooooo . He finds a frickin' LC

Congrats on your first L/C Kevin, excellent dig and glad I was there to witness it happen, a classic schoolyard 2nd target of the day and only a 4-5" deep recovery. Most likely I got a coil over it in the past but dismissed it, like a dumbazz...as a clad quarter being so shallow...all I got today on my first hunt of the year was tired from digging 10" deep 60's clad and a 19 teens telephone bell at about 14" The long time on the shelf has me outta shape:laughing:

Tom, we East Coasters aren't even telling you the whole story about our Large Cent finds. Soon, we're going to mention all the ones we find in Coinstar machines, and the ones we get in our change at the local Walmarts, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc. etc. Be warned !
