Bluetooth adaptor vs wired headphones

Just got a bluetooth adaptor that seems to work great for any bluetooth headphones with the detector. I also have a set of Whites Prostar headphones.
Is there a disadvantage to using the bluetooth headphones over the White's? Which do you prefer?

Latency is the big problem with just any transmitter as well as headphone or earbuds. As long as you choose an APTX Bluetooth transmitter and APTX headphone/earbuds you are golden. These are low latency and I have been using them for years with no problems. I notice absolutely no latency.

I've used bluetooth headphones for so long, I'd go nutz with wired headphones.

deeper has it right. The key is to make sure it is a low-latency system. Both transmitter & receiver.
