Found in wisconsin in a park on lake michigan about 3in down. It is made of pot metal i think , no markings on the back. maybe from a keychain?

The year span range one the bottom is suggestive of memorializing someone with at least one initial of “T”.

You didn't answer! Nothing even close with google image, it appears to be a school themed pendent based on what looks like with a 4 year time span (1998 200?). Texas, Tennessee one of those states that starts with a T. Tennessee Tech? Texas Tech?

Kinda looks like the T over H symbol, temporos hora , temperol hour , something like that. Marks a significant date.

Think the tau, triple tau and t over h are all slightly different. Good luck.

the only trouble with the TT logos are none of the ones i found have the upper horns on the inner t
