3 more gold and 12 silvers, One a Crazy looking Voodoo Doctor ring?

Some may have seen the encounter we had with the African love doctor on the forum (General hobby discussion). I would almost bet he had his mystical powers conjure up this Gold/Silver ring.. When I dug it I swore it was junk (silver) until I got home and seen the gold poking thru all the crustation. After about a hour of cleaning the Aztec creature appeared. 10k gold scales, Not plated, chunks of yellow gold... with the face of the ring being mostly gold. The ring is a hearty 16.5 grams. The class ring was as strange, no date, no name, no maker mark

Just another African love hunt ! Except for that 1 of a kind ring. Looks like a Snakehead/Thunderbird. But on your finger a Frog. Very strange but cool.

Congrats on 2 gold and heavy silver ring I had a ring that gold poking out even tested good at 10k until I hit it with a torch and gold vanished leaving me with a silver ring lol...when it came up it was black... I figured sitting in mud all those years darkened it... wrong lol... It had weight to it as well.

Haha, yes it will be a heavy silver ring soon. As soon as I pry off the gold and weight it.. I'm expecting about 1.5 to 2 grams.. I'll keep you informed. I do want to have the stone checked, more then likely just glass.. but you never know.
