    Civil war bullets?

Went to a new spot that is known to be a civil war trading post and found these tonight. I’m pretty sure the one is a 3 ringer, the 2nd not sure, and the other possibly a percussion cap?

    Need ID of bullet

I found this detecting in a solid rock bottomed creek on the border of Kansas and Missouri. Rang up in the mid 40s on my manticore and appears to be lead. I got excited and my mind immediately went to civil war as I am still on the hunt for my first one. But I don’t ever recall the grooves...

Found Enfield bullet with hole in the cavity, What is it?

Found this fired Enfield bullet the other day and I noticed a fairly deep hole about 1/8" in diameter and about 3/16" deep. Any idea why that's there?:hmmm:

    Anyone know their bullets?

I live in Northern California, very near the Cal gold discovery site, and found a couple of bullets recently and wanted to see if one of you experts could give me some idea of caliber and age. The first slug is 18.85 grams. The second, older looking slug is 11.2 grams. Thanks in advance.

    Any specifics on old bullet?

Looking for any info on this. Don't know much about it, but hoping it isn't modern muzzle loader. Found at a mid-1800s townsite.
