Out of the four detectors I own , two are M6's . The M6 is an all around great performer .I bought both used and have never had a problem with either. Most of the time I keep an Eclipse 5.3 on one and a 6x8 SEF on the other.

I use the 5.3 on my DFX but that 6x8 is a popular coil on several brands of detectors.
