Hi,
I'm new here and just wanted to share a trick with the fellow cz users. I have noticed that the mid tone on my cz20 will not break up, no matter how fast I swing it on large gold targets like men's rings. Balls of tinfoil will sometimes fool you, but it is a great way to discriminate for large gold. When you find a mid tone target move the search coil very quickly across it and see if it breaks up. If it doesn't, you may have found a ring. Give it a try next time you are out.

Thanks Coop...This thing is really an aid for me,specially cause I'm hunting wit my cz from only a month.
The only one 7 grams men's marriage band that i've found from that day was giving me a strong signal even with speed coil swipe...I can remember well the moment cause I was totally bored after 9 hours on a big beach and nothing to mention...So I was just to set off the machine when during a last attempt I received the signal.....Was Gold.....

I just picked up a used CZ-20 last week; I have not hit the beach yet but I started finding some clad in my yard today trying to get use to it a little first.
