1905 IH and need help identifying find

Went out today with mt Garrett GTP1350 just got it back from factory had to go out and try it out. The keypad had to be replaced on it as the pin point button got stuck but Garrett fixed that recalibrated coil and machine replaced battery packs and returned it fast. So I go out to a house I have been all over with my Ace 350 and find 2 keepers. First was a perfect looking 1905 Indian head penny @ 6 inches and the second thing I am not sure. It was found close to a rock wall that slaves put together in the 1800's but not sure what it is. It is as big as a 50 cent piece and only one side has markings. Looks like a hand in the middle with a chain link to the left and 2 crossed lines to right and a eye with rays overhead. Anyone got any ideas?

what about the backside of the object in question? Looks to have a tail like it was a pin/button of some sort.

here is a pic of the back side . I first thought it was masonic in nature all seeing eye and hand of god on it but who knows

try googling the object and use Image for Search. I looked around a bit and all I could think of is a religious pin/ornament (healing hand).

If it's masonic, the bottom symbol could be the Knight of the East and West
