Default Cool find today

Went to several places today to try out a new coil, I've been a little disappointed with the stock coil that came with my MXT Pro. I ordered a 4x6 eclipse shooter DD to try in some of the trashier areas. This little coil works so much better than the 300 that came with my machine that I thought I would run it all day. I searched over the same areas I used the larger 300 and found so much more. I am so pleased with this DD coil I ordered an eclipse 8x14 DD 1400. I found several relics around an old live oak tree in the field. Toy gun, copper button, head stamp, hammer head, decorative cast iron, an old spoon and an old metal vegetables label? Then went to a local park and picked up $1.69 in clad. I found all these coins in the area I had searched with the stock coil. I am a little surprised how deep this little coil reaches. Then a stop along the local river bank and found this stop watch in the cypress knees. lucky its been a dry year, the watch still works. A fun day and a great learning experience. Now if I could only find some old coins....

It seems to be a stop watch to time laps or the like

Really cool finds to say the least! I think your vegetable label is from an old drawer pull of a refrigerator box.

I use the 4x6 coil almost exclusively on my Prism. It is a great coil and is amazingly deep for such a small coil. The separation ability makes it a killer in the areas with a lot of junk. It turns the Prism into a coin magnet !!

It is hinged but will not open. I found that it is a WW2 military issue Elgin type A 8 stop watch. The back is covered with markings but they are very slight.
