Default unidentified bullet

When I dug it I thought it was a three ring .58 cal since they were common in the area, however when I got home and examined it more closely it is defininately a larger cal and has a fourth ring near the top. the top is nearer the penny. Also is a pic of a smaller cal that I would guess between .25 and .32 cal any help with either would be greatly appretiated.
