Default Is this a Civil War era bullet?

I found this bullet a while ago but I never found out how old it was. I was hoping someone knew the age of this bullet I found. It was found out in the woods behind my neighbor's house which was built in 1695. It was probably around 4 to 5 inches deep. Would love to know how old this thing is.

Yes could be. But we should realize this type of bullets had been shot for a much longer period than only 5 years
