Question Nice little "Miracle medal" I found

This is a nice little Sterling silver "Miracle Medal" pendant I found last Saturday in my friends back yard. Any guess how old it is?

No guess on the age, but it's a great find.

I must confess I cleaned it up with a little baking soda and water. It's a good, inexpensive silver jewelry cleaner, just don't use it on valuable coins because it does depreciate the value.
