Default A Merc, Bath token , And Wheats

It was a great day to be in the woods.
I found these on a three hour hunt. Good hunting to all.

Nice finds! That bath token in real interesting - I just went and read about the mineral baths in Mt. Clemens. Sounds kind of creepy to go to bath houses now but apparently it was big business there at one time...

Nice finds, I have done some time in Mt Clemens woods, not detectin though.
Must be the angle of your cam but that 1920 looks about 20% bigger than the 34.

That's because it was probably worth 20% more back in that time! That Merc is pretty and in good shape!

That's a cool token! Those are some really nice finds; the merc of course is lovely. I love those coins.

Nice photos too. The foliage is kicking into high gear there. I would imagine that soon it will be a challenge to work the site. It?s the same situation I face here each year by the end of May.

That is so cool. I grew up in Mt. Clemens, and remember that sulphur smell from the bath houses very well. Those are some awesome finds.

Thanks to all and yes those woods are getting harder to get around in.
They will be unhuntable before long, have to wait until this fall to go back.
Sounds like those bath houses were the thing to do back then.
I wonder if they changed the water between customers.
