Default Snap On Tool Belt Buckle

Fould this Snap-on Tool Belt buckle the other day in a park. On the reverse it has a part number and says solid brass. I saw two on Ebay with a Buy-it-now price of $15 and $20.

We had a mechanic at work that had a Limited Edition Harley Davidson tool box that he said he paid $12,000 for.
