Default Help with a button, maybe a Rev war button. (UPDATED PICS)

I found this flat button today, at least it looked flat. I did the olive oil rub and low and behold some kinda bird or something on it with writing. It has the usual 1700's crud you see on the colonial coppers so I'm guessing its old. Anyone wanna help me ID it? Oh its about the size of a dime, maybe a little smaller. Cleaned it up a little more here

Solved, early 1800's Haitian/Wyeth trade company Phoenix button. 1 of 11 found east of the Mississippi, may be the only one ever found in MA, maybe. Most are found in the northwest US.

Great identification and an even greater relic. I am sure that you have already seen this article, but I like how it lists the known Phoenix Regiments! That is a great find once again!
