It looks like this was an unfired shell when it was lost. It looks like the primer has not been hit.

looks like it says CNO Co Majestic to me

but I've never heard of that so I'm probably wrong hehe

UMC Majestic is correct. It is the gauge designation that I need a clear shot of.
