Default Myrtle Beach

Hey guys the beach was pretty rough until midweek, so I hit the louge chairs between the hotel and sand dunes. About a buck and a half each of the past three days! At one point,I notched out zink! Best hit was a silver rosie and '45 wheat.
This Omega has proven to be very accurate, even the quarter numbers are good enough to leave the beer caps behind.

Default Pictures from chair hunt

It was a field day at those chairs. It got to a point where I notched zink-just too many and nasty.

Two silver rosies, one wheat with six copper lincolns. The rest just battery money!

Hi Harry,

Silver coins are great finds here at the beach!!

I worked some around 21st N., 53 ave N., and 76 ave N., Finding the usual clad and did find a nice Diamond and Platinum Ring.

The great part about the Ring was, I found it in a recovery for a lady from Lynchburg Va. She was putting on lotion and took it off and off the blanket it went.

I got hugged for five minutes... LOL.. soaked my shoulder with tears... but it was worth ever second.....

Ladies love their wedding rings. The picture is dark I tried to enhance it.. so...

Nice Job on that one!
I was down at CompassCove (17ave S)

There were several guys out during low tide but I had luck by the beach chairs. I stopped a guy who only found a key and quarter in 6 hrs along the tide using ATpro.

You got to hit the chairs umbrellas by late afternoon, the tractor with sand stimmer runs that area at night so they clean that sand of ANYTHING about 6" down or more.

Cool

Hey Harry,

Glad your still hitting it. That is a great spot, you should also try in front of the boardwalk at 8th ave N and the Family Kingdom around the Swash where they do the water sports rides.

Amen to the Sand Cleaners!!! They can Pick the beach clean!!

I usually try to go out about 5:15 to 6pm, they pull up the chairs and Umbrellas at 5pm and you can still see where they were. Also the area about 10 feet behind the chair line is where the people set up their own Tents.... I have had some luck there too.

Great talking to you

Mike
