Thumbs up Noobie

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to detect with in mid New hampshire or mid Vermont. Any interest? I look for cellar holes and abandoned farm houses.

A hearty WELCOME ..... from E. Tennessee. I wish I could get up to N.H. and hunt with you. I know of an old, small village near the South end of Lake Sunapee that has about 10 cellar holes if I remember correctly. There is also an old cemetery with headstone dates back into the 1700's. Again if memory serves me the name of that village was originally Farmerville.
Let me know if you find it.

Talking Welcome!

Welcome from Japan! This is a great forum.

By the way, do you find that you get a lot of interference coming from old houses? I was told that any metal detector used on houses would beep a ton due to all sorts of metal junk...
