Default Bounty Hunter 4" Coil (or Fisher F series 4" Coil).

Does anyone have any experience with this coil? I used to own it and sold it (only used it twice to test it). I am now thinking about getting one again for looking for smaller mineral specemins and for a very trashy home site that I have permission to hunt.

I would like to hear how this coil has worked for you, on your machine. Thanks in advance for your input.

Doug

My 4" coil lives on my F2. It is my preferred setup for tot-lots and trashy areas.

Thanks for the info. I think I am going to see if I can get one. I have a couple of very trashy home sites that I want to hit and I think it would help.

You'll be amaised at how well it sees between the trash. And being a closed top coil, it can get right up close to metal structures w/o screaming at you too.

Go for it! They're cheap as far as coils go.
