Default Tiny flat button and thingy?

Found these in the yard of a cellar hole. I have to wait for winter to actually get to these cellar holes...too much vegetation. Button is smaller than the others I've found/seen.

reminds me of the door chain lock (upside down), where you insert part of the lock and it slides down and locks.
