Turtle Stamps...
I didn't think Monarks were that old, but this one was obviously paper i think and looks pretty old. When did the Monark line start? The other one is a Western Xpert,not sure about that line.

 Turtle Stamps... The Monark headstamp will date from the 1930's to 1950's. The Western Xpert will probably date from the 1930's to 1950's. It could be as early as the 1920's, but I cannot 100% verify that. Nice headstamps. The Federal Monark is one of the very first ones that I ever found. Doug __________________
