ETrac problem

OMG...OMG..I was out in my favorite park today when I stopped to take a lunch break..I was on a clad roll, but had to eat and put on some sunscreen. Anyhow, after lunch I pushed the on button and nothing??Push..push..push and still nothing. I went home and recharged the Bat pack..still nothing. I got out the new batteries and loaded them in..still nothing. By this time, I'm sick, I'm having High Anxiety, I'm beside myself. I call up Minelab and they switch me to the service department..kool..not kool because no one ansewered and I had to leave a message..I'm awaiting a call back..soon I hope. Oh please lord, make it all better. I have next weekend all planned out to hunt new places. I'm going camping and I was going to hunt am to pm. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Has this happened to any ETrac owners? I'm so so sad right now.
