Default Local park, TRASH CITY.

I am convinced that the city filled this park with pre-trashed dirt. Every signal is exactly 4 inches down and is either a pop-top or a metal screw top. Is it possible cities are using dirt like this?

Four hours spent, two pennies, about a pound of garbage. Lots of holes dug and a pair of tired knees.

I'll get some pictures if anyone is interested in seeing my trash

I grab some pictures of it when I get a chance, its a pretty park nestled in a community area. If you didn't live in the area, or use Google earth to find parks your wouldn't know it was there.

The dirt is very odd as well, really clumpy.

Very possible... There's a park here that's been a park since the mid 30's. Only after 2 hours of digging trash, did someone tell me it used to be a landfilli.

Default dirt fill

Lots of parks use shotty dirl fill from landfills that they put down first then cover with top soil. I've encountered it ALOT here in eastern pa. It is really dumb, and cant be that good of soil. If you hunt these type of places ive found it best to only dig signals were the top in or two

Lots of parks used to be a town's garbage dump or landfill. My first house in El Paso was on the site of the old Zaragosa landfill.
