Todays Finds

Well I had posted to try to trade a coil so I could get out in the field and ry to have some of my own finds, but I have to make 25 posts prior to being able to post in the classifieds, so I thought I would share todays finds with you all and get one closer to my 25 posts so I can place a ad in the classifieds. This is what I found today, not much luck without a coil on my Ace 250

It is nothing, a blank sheet of paper that I put my finds on, I recently purchased a Ace 250 and when it arrived it had a broken coil and I bought a Sharpshooter II thinking it would work with the Ace 250 but just as my luck is it does not work, I then placed a ad in the classifieds to try to trade that coil for one that will work with my Ace 250, but was informed I am not allowed to place a classifieds ad until I have 25 posts, so I have to get to 25 posts somehow so I shared what I found today, which is nothing since I do not have a working machine yet, hopefully after my 25 posts I cn work out a trade and be able to have some real finds i can share, I am real excited about trying this hobby out and have went thru almost every single post on here getting tips and tricks, and most seem real nice, like I said, hopefully soon I will have something of substance to contribute.

I am hoping that this will help out, you have no idea how hard it is to save up, have a sick wife in the hospital, to be able to get a metal detector, and finally find one I could afford only to recieve it in the mail and it be broken, then to scrape up enough, buy a coil I was told would work (Garrett Crossfire II Super Sniper) and get taken once again, and then just have the machine sitting in the corner begging to be used.

We all go through hard times sometime .I also have my wife hospitalized
again. She must be operated for the 2nd time in days,because of
a stone at the kidney. I know what you are going through.

There should be an insurance cover for your shipment. Why don't you make a claim for the broken coil? Anywhere, you have created a awesome thread!!
