Default NC button,mystery button,NY button?

No not that NC. I think the n is New York. Not sure what C is for.Back says hoole mfg co.46 rond st. NY.Then in my silver junk drawer i found what i think may be a New York Lafayette guard pin.It looks a lot like NY94 bomb burst button in book.Last button i have no idea.I think closest thing is in alberts button book is old seal of PA at top of page.I dont see a button with it on like this one.Next closest is AR seal.Just looking for conformation on any of these.I was just digging threw junk boxes for something to do.Need to get around to making a few misc display cases. The bomb burst would be CW period if same age as button in book.Their is letters on back but it got burned at some point so hard to read. Thanks for any info.
