Default button experts??

Found this copper button today. It is 21 mm across. Nothing discernible on the front. Historic property. 300 New England years of farming. Circles on the back....maybe some writing between the circles....maybe designs....maybe nothing. Very flat. It isn't magnetic and there are green areas. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time (Pic files seem to fail every time I download). Lets try this-

Time goes very fast. My first hunts when I knew next to nothing were some of the most fun because I'd get to come home and research what I found. But now 11 years later it's not often I find something that I am completely clueless about. You can definitely pick up a lot of info. just by being part of a detecting forum.

The button is around that time frame.

Thats what I'm going through right now Iron Patch. I've only been at it a short time. My first find was an ox shoe which I thought was a toy gun plate. haha I found two ox shoes today...to add to my growing collection of about 20. I just finished my property and found another that I'll start in the coming days. 100s of relics...not one coin!! They'll come....gives me something to wait for.
