Cool Cache found on PCB beach...

I forgot to mention this, well, actually I just forgot to do this post...

I found a cache on the beach today! A six-pack of beer, un-opened! Looks like they covered it up to keep it hidden and forgot it or took a walk up the beach and then couldn't find it again. Probably last night since I hit that area yesterday and didn't find it then. There were several empties laying around of the same brand... maybe they just forgot 'em after all.

Man, I must have missed that one! I was just at PCB last week (vacation) and didn't find much. There were three old guys hitting the beach hard by Pineapple Willy's. Maybe one of them was you? LOL

Funny! But the one old guy really cracked me up, he swung the detector and his wife ran the sand scoop. They were from Wisconsin so I know it wasn't you! I only spent a few hours detecting but found about $5 in clad and one junk toe ring. Also about a zillion buried beer cans! I quess that's what you mean by the landfill? We are coming back down there again next year and staying longer. Maybe we can do some hunting then. Got back home to Minnesota lastnight and there is still snow on the ground here!

Yeah, it wasn't... YUP, that's what I meant exactly! When you know you're coming back down, let me know, we split our weeks between PCB and Santa Rosa Beach and our land in Freeport. I can relate to the still snow on the ground thing, I grew up in Illinois. We even got snow in New Mexico in the winter, thing is, it usually went away after a few days and ended by March 15th.
