Default Garrett Pro Pointer

I'm a total Newbie, and I got a Garrett Ace 350 and a Garrett Pro Pointer.. I used the Ace 350 for a week before I got the pro pointer.. my pro pointer came on Thursday and then on Friday I got to use it..all I can say is.. WOW. .I pulled 42 coins out of one hole and with the Pro Pointer it was just too easy locating and retrieving.. in some places, I didn't even have to use the Ace350, I just simply scanned the ground with the pro pointer, it beeped and vibrated, and I just simply dug up the coin right there. This thing is amazing. I'm finding that I scan before I dig.

I found 42 coins, a piece that belonged to a pocket watch and something that resembles a crushed bullet..

I just finished my first day with my new Pro-Pointer. I have to admit, I was kinds sketched that it wouldn't blow my other one away and not merit the $122 dropped on it.

What the hell, this thing is amazing. It really did speed up recovery and moving on to the next target. I'm straight sold on this and have no need for any other!

ya I got to agree with both of you. I scan the ground with mine before digging, sometimes it will pinpoint right where i want to pop the coins!

I also got my pro pointer after about a month of using just the ACE 250. The ACE 250 is a great machine, but I can't imagine going out without my Pro Pointer. Retreival time is so fast now.

Yep. It sure makes digging much easier and faster. Always keep a spare battery with you. Once you get used to it, you won't want to hunt without it.

I'm sold on the Pro Pointer.

I've gone some 30 years and never used a probe. Got a Pro Pointer a few weeks ago and it has made my hunting so much more enjoyable I bought a second as a backup.
