Default Shirley President Clasp?

I went back to a site where an 1800's house was but it burnt down. I have found lots of things there anywhere from 1910's-1960's. Today I found this clasp or pin. It reads Shirley President. I dont know how old it could be or who this person is. I am in North Carolina if that helps narrow down who the person might be. I have researched and couldnt find much.

real cool find tjameswolf
I searched online and found this http://fairbanksarchaeology.blogspot...artifacts.html
"Finally, the picture above shows a buckle from a set of suspenders. The buckle was produced by the C.A. Edgarton Manufacturing Company (opened in 1882, became known as the President Suspender Company around 1900) in Shirley, Massachusetts (hence the name)."
