i have found a lot of these tack looking things 3different types one has cg hussey&co-pgh.pa.stamped on it.one has eternit on it. the third is blank. any ideas?

Someone else found a bunch as well once, I think the consensus was they are/where brick spacers???

I don't like these finds,,, one of the fairly common finds here and thought always I had found a copper coin, those here keep round shape,
they had been in using for roofs as holders of eternite tiles

Those are nails for the old cement fiber or asbestos roofing shingles

thanks for the info. nails for fiber cement sounds good there is a lot of fiber cement pieces every where at this site.

I would avoid this site like the plague. As previously qouted it could be heavily contaminated with asbestos.
