Default No idea on this toy

Found (by eyeing) it while metal detecting a tot lot, by the kiddie swings. Any idea what the character is supposed to be? I call him mantis man

Turns out the guy is a rebel scumbag! Poggle the Lesser, and I did have his head turned backwards

He stands find without his walking stick - probably carries one around so he can get a handicap parking spot :P

Poggle the Lesser is a fictional character from the Star Wars universe. In the films he was created with computer-generated imagery. Although Marton Csokas is credited with his voice, how much of his voice made it into the final, digitally altered voice is open to debate. He first appeared in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
