Smile Circa :1000BC to 200BC find.

My thanks to a UK forum member for the ID on the artefact.

Dagger or sword point in leather scabbards is usually protected by a metal tip, or chape.

Found somthing very similar this summer, not sure if its the same thing or how it would have looked when fitted to a scabbard.

Educated guess and say it was one half of a slightly different type “moustache type?” type?” (Below)
