My question is this....If you had a 10 acre spot and you could only search it once would you use some sort of systematic pattern and maybe only cover an acre.? or just go out kinda random either way your on the search for three hours. thats how long it took to get the first bullet. Im just wondering if there is a better way.... thanks.

I have been to a couple CW sites with little time and just wander around - no pattern- till I get a hit. Then I cover the area in a circle till I have done 10-15 ft wide. If nothing else I continue to wander. If successful with the circle pattern I continue there. steve inso az

Good going on the bullet. I also agree with steve. If you don't have much time, just wonder and let the good Lord lead you to it.
